Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube have a detailed record of every minute you've spent — when, how long, how late, on what. We turn it into a clear report you can read in about ten minutes. Free, sent to your inbox.
They've watched you for years. Every open, every scroll, every late-night session. They've built their algorithms against that data — tuned to keep you watching.
By law, that same record belongs to you. The apps just don't make it easy to find — and harder still to read once you do.
That's the gap we close.
Plus a few hours of waiting on the platforms to email you the file.
We walk you through it for each app you use. By law, they have to send it to you when you ask — they just bury the option deep in settings. We've done the digging.
The app emails you a download link. Save the file to your phone or computer, then drop it into the upload page we set up just for you. We only read the timestamps inside — never your photos, messages, or what you wrote.
Once your file is in, we do the math, build the charts, and email you the finished report. You can read it in ten minutes. What it shows tends to stay with you longer.
The example below shows what a 90-day report looks like. Your version will have your numbers in it — the real ones, from your own activity history.
The apps know a lot more about you than just how long you've scrolled — what you've watched, what you've searched, where you've been. We started with social media because it's where the gap between what they know and what you know is biggest. We hope to do the rest in time.
The apps have been reading this kind of data about you for years. They know your patterns, your worst hours, what kind of content keeps you scrolling. Spend ten minutes and you can know them too.
We only read the timestamps inside the file you upload — "you opened the app at 11:42 pm and stayed 14 minutes," that kind of thing. Your photos, videos, messages, profile, and contacts are never read, never stored. Your upload itself is deleted within 48 hours. We don't run any tracking from outside companies, we don't sell your information, and we don't add you to any mailing list.
Read the full privacy notice →This goes nowhere except into your report. We use your email twice — once to send your upload link, once to send the finished report — and that's it.
Pick at least one. We'll walk you through asking each app for your activity history — they've made it hard to find on purpose, but we've done that homework. Even one app gives you a useful report.
