Tell us a little about yourself

Name, email, age range, state. We need an email because that's how we send your report — there's nothing to download, no account to make.

Why we ask for your email: We send you two messages, ever. One with your personal upload link, one with your finished report. We don't sell your information and we don't add you to any mailing list.

Tell us which apps you use

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube. Pick at least one. Even one app gives you a useful report.

Ask each app for your activity history

Inside each app there's a button you can press to ask for your own activity. By law, the company has to give it to you — they've just buried the option deep in the settings menu. We show you exactly where to tap, screen by screen.

Send us the file when it lands in your inbox

When an app emails you a download link for your activity history, save the file. Then open the upload page we set up for you and add it. Files come in one at a time — you don't have to wait until they all arrive to start uploading.

We build your report and email it to you

Once your last file is in, we do the math, build the charts, and email you the finished report. Usually under an hour from your last upload to your inbox.

Privacy

What we read — and what we won't

The activity file the apps send you contains a lot of personal stuff. We only ever read the time-and-date parts.

  • ✓The time you opened the app
  • ✓How long you stayed in the app
  • ✓What time of day or night
  • ✓How often you came back
  • ✓The general type of content (e.g. "video", "photo", "news") — never the content itself

✗ We Never Read

  • ✗Your photos or videos
  • ✗Your messages or DMs
  • ✗Your comments, likes, or other reactions
  • ✗Your profile information or contacts
  • ✗Anything that identifies anyone else
What happens to the file you upload: we delete it within 48 hours of building your report. We don't keep a copy.
